	* Add an option in scons script to export compile_commands.json file to support development using language server. * Add .cache directory to the git ignore list. It is normally used by clangd as the local cache. 2021-06-23	Create core library using high priority operators	Michalis Spyrou
	A smaller core library is created using a subset of the operators. Changed the structure of filelist.json in order to include more information about the kernels and make the selection easier.
