2020-07-28COMPMID-3575: Mixed preicision in NEInstanceNormalizationLayerKernelSang-Hoon Park
In order to fix the issue caused by the limited precision of FP16. mixed precision (float accumulator) is introduced to NEInstanceNormalizationLayerKernel.
