2021-08-23Reinstate recursion limit CLI optionDwight Lidman
This commit adds a CLI option for setting the recursion limit. This option was originally removed because it was considered unnecessary, but in some cases of very large (enormous) networks, a RecursionError is encountered during graph traversal. A new CLI has been added that allows the generation of a report containing a summary table of all TFLite ops that can be placed on the NPU, and what the constraints are for that operator to be successfully scheduled on the NPU.
