2021-02-03backends/reference: Add ReduceSum operation supportSadik Armagan
This patch addes ReduceSum operation support for reference backend, which computes the sum of elements across dimensions of a tensor. Changelog v1: - Fix file header descriptions. This parameter can contain both errors and warnings, so calling it errMessages is confusing as the user only expects to see errors here.
