2023-08-23Add is_unranked flag to TensorsTai Ly
This adds a bool field, is_unranked to TosaTensor in tosa.fbs to indicate whether a tensor with shape = {} is an unranked tensor or an 0-D tensor. 2022-06-07Change to flatbuffers 1.12 as the submoduleEric Kunze
The code should be compatible with both flatbuffers 2.0 and 1.12 through try/except blocks. Generally other projects seem to still be using 1.12, so move the submodule back to 1.12 for maximum compatibility.
