MLIA-711 Extend TensorFlow Lite Compatibility Check
- Unify the TensorFlow Lite compatibility check across Cortex-A, TOSA
and Ethos-U targets
- Display tables/messages with parsed information
- Do not display raw TensorFlow Lite errors, and return with exit code 0
