This required a few structural changes in the unit tests * Adds a default implementation for IStrategy called StrategyBase * Changes pyarmnn to use non deprecated constructor for INetworkProperties and adds related unit test * Marks usage of deprecated code in pyarmnn as deprecated. In the bug there were 4 outputs from the final layer. The de-serialized layer bindings were incorrectly assigning the tensor info of one output to all 4 outputs. The solution is to use outputSlotIndex. One other minor fix: The debug text referred to an Input when dealing with an output. 2020-01-20Remove use of ArmNN.hpp from other public headersMatthew Bentham
Also remove it from armnnSerializer and armnnUtils. In general code within Arm NN should only include exactly what it needs. This will help keep compile times down, and reduces the need for a complete rebuild when anything in the public headers changes. ArmNN.hpp should only be provided as a convenience for user code where the user doesn't know enough of the API to decide which specific headers they need.
