Minor improvement of inference profiling
* Start inference profiling at the actual beginning
* Add profiling events for EnqueueInputs and EnqueueOutputs
* Add profiling event for working memory allocation
* Refactor Execute body to remove code duplication
* forward arguments to constructors rather than copy
