Bugfix: Update BuildGuideCrossCompilation.md
* Go back to armnn-devenv before making tflite directory
* This is so tflite directory is in correct location for cmake
* -DTF_LITE_GENERATED_PATH=$HOME/armnn-devenv/tflite
