IVGCVSW-7828 Add an Optional TensorInfo to InputSlot
* Updated calls to use the new function
From:
GetInputSlot(n).GetConnection()->GetTensorInfo();
To:
GetInputSlot(n).GetTensorInfo();
* Added UnitTests
