- Reverse dimensions when loading a non-fortran order tensor

In order to use GEMM-based convolution in VGG16, it has been created a
function which allocates 1.8 GB. If the function fails, will be used
DIRECT convolution instead

map() and unmap() are not inline functions and can cause issues at compile time:
i.e.
multiple definition of `arm_compute::utils::unmap(arm_compute::CLTensor&)'

Clang-tidy complained for invalid member function call (map/unmap) on
Tensor although this was conditional using type_traits. Seems that dead
branch did not get eliminated by the compiler.
Fixes this by creating map/unmap function and overloading them for
CLTensor.
