Several test optimizations have been introduced into Winograd tests for Gpu and Cpu backends. The testing strategy has been detailed as a comment header in the test design files. This patch generalizes the suggested output quantization calculation to any operation that employs a dot product between two vectors, i.e. c = sum_k(a_k * b_k) + d It also consider and suggests min/max boundaries for random S32 bias generation, depending on the accumulation result. MatMulKernelFixture is modified to use this interface. 2023-07-25Fix problem with exception handling in CPPSchedulerMatthew Bentham
If an exception was thrown in the main thread, the child threads were not being synchronised, leading to undefined behaviour (and probably the program crashing instead of correctly propagating the exception). Add support to the build system for enabling ThreadSanitizer. This needs a build system option rather than simply passing extra_cxx/link_flags because the sanitizer options are incompatible with -Wl,-undefined,error. Add a unit test for throwing an exception within a CPPScheduler workload.
