2021-01-21Add window parameter to schedulerSang-Hoon Park
To support window configured outside of kernels, the parameter is added to scheduler. The existing operators pass window from kernels to preserve the current behavior. Removed CPUTarget in favor of the CPUModel type. CPUInfo now holds a vector of N CPUs. CPUInfo autoinitialise upon construction with 1 GENERIC CPU. CPPScheduler fills CPUInfo's vector upon construction (runtime).
