2021-04-06	Add tensor related data structures for the new API	Georgios Pinitas

2021-02-25	Introduce Context opaque object of the new interface	Georgios Pinitas
	An AclContext is introduced as part of the new interface. This object is responsible for any constructural services that the operators and other objects might need.
