2021-04-21	Add support for CLVK	Michalis Spyrou
	This patch enables CLVK through the graph API and inside the CLScheduler. By default the Native platform is selected. Selecting CLVK can be done via --target=clvk. 	Added the option to initialise the CLScheduler with an external cl::Context. This allows more control over the order of destruction of the static members which caused the suite to segfault.
