Fix CL DirectConvolutionLayer validate tests
* Add missing activation infos
* Remove faulty test "Shrink window"
* Split the tests based on data layout
* Fix ClDirectConv2dKernel::validate logic
Fused activation in NCHW is not supported at all
Resolves: COMPMID-5801
